And Just Like That... Sara Ramirez wants to be legally single.
The 48-year-old has filed for divorce from estranged husband Ryan DeBolt, three years after announcing their separation. The And Just Like That alum—who tied the knot with DeBolt in 2012—officially submitted papers to end their marriage June 11.
In court documents obtained by E! News, the Grey's Anatomy alum requested that the former couple's assets be divided per their prenuptial agreement and also asked the court to terminate its ability to award spousal support to both them and Ryan.
E! News has reached out to the duo's reps for comment and has not heard back.
Sara—who signed the docs with their married name of Sara DeBolt—noted that the two separated on New Year's Day in 2018, three years before publicly confirming their split.
Their breakup announcement also came less than a year after Sara shared on their since-deleted Instagram account that they are non-binary.
"Ryan and I are no longer together," Sara wrote in their breakup post in July 2021. "We remain loving and supportive in how we are choosing to forge our new individual paths. Thank you for holding space around our choices and respecting our families' privacy as we navigate this process on our own terms."
Sara filed the divorce papers four months after multiple outlets reported they will not reprise their role of non-binary standup comedian Che Diaz, Miranda Hobbs' ex, on the upcoming third season of And Just Like That, Max's Sex and the City reboot series.
"I think they felt, and [producer] Michael Patrick King felt, that that character had run its course," Cynthia Nixon, who plays Miranda, told Variety in an interview published May 30. "They came in and shook everything up, and then the arc was completed."
